Many high-risk industries – such as aviation, health care, and the military – rely on teams of highly trained professionals to perform complex and dangerous tasks under extremely stressful conditions. In these environments, it is essential that team members be able to maintain their situation awareness, communicate efficiently, and make effective decisions.
