Kim Williams is a researcher at AIR with over ten years of experience in survey research operations and management. Williams specializes in understanding projects’ data management needs and in developing frameworks and specifications for transforming raw data into client-ready products. She has extensive experience executing and managing data deliveries for federal clients, including quality assurance, data cleaning, and data documentation activities. In addition, Williams has managed small-scale survey data collection projects providing oversight throughout instrument development, systems testing and implementation, data collection monitoring, and final documentation. Most recently, Williams managed data delivery efforts for the National Children’s Study (NCS) Central Regional Operating Center, Data Linkages team, and Field Support team.
