Matt Mangan

Managing Director, AIR Conference Services

Matt Mangan directs AIR’s Conference Services team—providing planning, management, oversight and operational coordination for all AIR client conferences and meeting services, as well as managing AIR’s internal meeting facilities and special events planning. Mr. Mangan brings over 25 years of experience in meeting and event planning, contracting, logistics, information management and executive support services.

He has designed and managed meetings and conferences, technical assistance trainings, and coordinating center support activities at the state, regional and national levels. Mr. Mangan has also worked directly in support of senior government leaders, including cabinet level officials, House and Senate members and staff, state governors, and foreign dignitaries.
