Meredith Ludwig, Ed.D.

Principal Research Analyst

Dr. Meredith Ludwig currently serves as a Principal Research Analyst at AIR. In this role, she is currently the Director of the Evaluation Study of the Title II Partnership Program, where she manages all aspects of the evaluation study, including development of the literature review, development of data collection instruments, writing deliverables and reports. She is also Co-Task Leader for Professional Development for the Ohio K-8 Assessment System, where she develops instructional materials for teachers and conducts training to prepare them for piloting and administering, scoring, and interpreting the results of the new assessments in five subject areas.

Prior to joining AIR’s Education Program, Dr. Ludwig served as the Director of Postsecondary Statistics Support at the Education Statistics Services Institute (ESSI). Dr. Ludwig completed her Ed.D. and M.Ed.at Clark University in Educational Analysis, and her B.A. in French at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro.
