Su Bailey

Senior Management Specialist

Su Bailey, Senior Management Specialist joined AIR in 1985 as a Financial Analyst for the Concord Office. There, she assisted the Office Director with management of government contracts, budgets, and expenditures. In 1990, Ms. Bailey transferred to the Washington D.C. Office to manage the office and continue her financial work. In 1995, she became involved in coordinating AIR's efforts on serveral large employment equity cases. Ms. Bailey has extensive experience developing financial proposals and managing the financial aspects of contracts. Her efforts on litigation projects include managing AIR budgets, preparing supporting documents for submission to the court, and acting as a liaison between attorneys, experts, and support staff. Ms. Bailey has a BA in Economics from Colby College.
