Technical Assistance and Support Services
AIR provides full service support and technical assistance to federal and state agencies. This work includes the design and operation of information and service delivery systems.
We provide performance management data collection, analysis, and reporting; Web applications; database management; call-center and fulfillment services; conference planning and management; and publications and creative services, all of which are integral pieces of improving the performance of delivery systems, grant programs, and communications programs.

The National State Health Insurance Assistance Program, or SHIP, Resource Center provides information and technical assistance to the fifty-four (54) SHIPs across the country to help them sustain and improve their health insurance counseling and education programs for Medicare beneficiaries.
