Material Ordering
Demo AIR's Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) provides an easy-to-use and flexible registration and ordering tool.
TIDE allows AIR to interact with test coordinators (TCs) to upload student demographic information and order testing materials. State-level users can oversee TC activity and approve or deny order requests. Order files are then extracted to package and ship materials.
Digital Printing
Demo AIR's digital print systems provide great flexibility in test book production.
AIR uses digital print technologies to streamline the test materials review and approval process and to provide the ability to personalize test forms.
Security Processing
Demo AIRs ReturnDocs system tracks all materials expected back as well as those already received.
ReturnDocs tracks returned shipments by school and/or district and creates detailed missing materials reports for each entity.
Scanning
Video AIR's high-speed scanners allow for quick and accurate turnaround on any project.
Each of AIR's scanners can capture up to 30,000 images per hour. Each scanner feeds images into multiple software processes that assign scores to every bubble.
Constructed-Response (CR) Scoring
Demo All images are fed into AIR's image-based CR scoring system to be read by highly trained scorers.
AIR's trained and certified scorers work in teams to apply rubric-based scores to each item they encounter. Secure access allows our clients and partners to monitor progress and quality in real time.
