Delta Cost Project
AIR in January 2012 became responsible for conducting the analytic work of the Delta Cost Project, a nationally recognized effort for monitoring and identifying revenue and spending trends in public and private higher education.

Workforce Contingent Financial Aid
To date, AIR has written the only report detailing the scope of loan forgiveness and loan repayment financial aid initiatives at the state level. These programs either provide students with loans that can be “forgiven” or repay existing loans if recipients work in designated employment areas upon graduation.

Evaluation of the Early College High School Initiative
The Early College High School Initiative (ECHSI) funds the development of Early College Schools (ECSs) that provide students the opportunity to simultaneously pursue a high school diploma and earn college credits. AIR, with our partner SRI International, evaluate the ECHSI.
